We value trusted partners. Every consulted project has a period of learning at the beginning, where a consultant gets up to speed on the unique characteristics of the operation. In cases where other consultants have been engaged and then we are called to take a different approach, this time is extended in order to undo changes to date. We will always work with what we have, but in order to be effective we need to follow our process, and it helps all parties if we are starting with a fresh slate.
